On the 3rd of September the opening of the exhibition “Tailor Made Furniture” took place at Orion Intertrade in Ljubljana. The exhibition presented products of renowned furniture company Wittmann from Etsdorf in Austria. The exhibition “Tailor Made Furniture” also announced the Month of Design 2009 and will be opened from September 3rd to 24th
The exhibition was an attempt of how to bring each step of the carefully planned production of a certain product closer to the visitor. Its motto is manufacture. Tailor’s dummies dressed in materials used by the manufacturer associate with high craftsman quality, genuineness and top quality of the raw material, the creativity of the established designers and the respect of the “métier”.
