BMW Premium Brand Experience

BMW Premium Brand Eperience (PBE) project was focused on the importance of showrooms in brand communication. Since the key objective of this project was to design a premium service at BMW showrooms, it includes the design and arrangement of all showroom elements that may affect the experience of a visitor. Activities within the PBE project thus involve design and layout of showroom interior and environment in compliance with the BMW brand standards, planning, selection of music, light, and smell / fragrances, as well as defining the outfits and required training of employees in order to exceed the customers' expectations. By combining all these aspects, showroom itineraries were carefully planned by various types of showroom designers. Hence, such planning allows a high level of service according to the motive of the visit, regardless of where the showroom is actually located. The project was met with enthusiasm by the German parent company and as a result, it is planned to roll out to showrooms in Slovakia.
